She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Lacy and Blanche O. Lacy (Harrison); and her husband Gerald Adams. She is survived by: her son Mike Adams (Lisa) of Parsons; and her grandchildren, Kevin Adams of Neodesha, Sean Adams (Destany) of Ft. Riley, KS and Jessica Hill (Joey) of Edgerton, KS. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
