He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Leslie and Stephana Wiggins Norris; and his sister Evon. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elzona Phillips Norris; his children, Cristy Boehm (Tim), Leslie Thacker (David), Malissa Teran (Gersom) and Jonathan Norris (Angie); and his grandchildren, Laura Hindman, Rachel Boehm, Joy Boehm, Alyssa Chase, Michael Teran, Joel Norris, Jesse Mendoza and Joe Mendoza.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home (112 N 26th St, Parsons, KS 67357). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of God (2401 Crawford Ave, Parsons, KS 67357).
