He is survived by: his stepdaughter Tiffany Ribbeck of Chanute; his mother Glendola Roberts of Parsons; his siblings, Jerry Ruark (Kandy) of Girard, Carl Ruark, Jr., Step, Gerry Roberts (Donna), Gloria Moore (Frank), Janel Strickland (Justin) of Coffeyville and Amy Billins (Jon) of Harrison; his parents-in-law, Leroy Hamilton (Leona) of Altamont and Barbara Ribbeck (Don) of Chanute; and his brothers-in-law, Darrin Hamilton (Tonya) of Parsons, Tim Peoples (Stacy) of Parsons and Jerry Peoples (Karen) of Altamont. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
