He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W Cochran and Marie N Cochran (Scott). He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Cochran (Melissa) of Dayton, NV and Donna Theis (Jamie) of Bolivar, MO; and his niece Tabitha Manning (Dan) of Austin, TX.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Brennan Mathena Funeral Home (800 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603).
