He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Elsie Adams (Foreman); and his sister Dolores Young. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Dana Carter (Randy Brown) of Erie; his grandsons, Justin Willems and Levi Willems; his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Skylar, Noah, Jackson, Jeremiah, Jonnie, Kasyn and Macy; and his sister Roberta Hoffman (Peter) of Silver Spring.
Memorials are suggested to Wildcat District Foundation to benefit Labette County 4-H programs.
