He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Cash and Connie Cash (Horner). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cash; his children, Justin, Jeremy Cash of Utah, Terry Hansen of Chanute, Kayla Cash of Parsons and April Hansen of Chanute; and his siblings, Danny Cash of Kansas, Susan Contreras of South Carolina and Tami Lock of Kansas. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren.
