He was predeceased by: his parents, James Houston and Ethel Lee Houston (Jones); and his son Raymond A. Houston. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Marcia Carson, Karmen Carson-McMorris, Craig McByers, Currie Moss, Ashli Moss, Chauncey Lyons of Carla Lowe, T. J, Houston, Mark Houston, Natashia Houston-Hill, Kimberly Houston, Dachael Vickery, Jarren Houston and Jeffrie Houston; and his great grandchild William "Eric" Quinzy. He is also survived by son; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
