Hopper; his stepchildren, Donald Robert Rogers II of Corpus Christi, Texas, Christina Smith (Stuart) of San Antonio and Candace; and his brothers, Mark Hopper (Sharla) of Parsons and Scott Hopper of Parsons, Kansas.. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
