She was predeceased by: her parents, John Michael and Catherine Mae Schoenhofer (Thomas); her husband Bill J. Carson; her son Bill M. Carson (Linda) of South Mound; and her siblings, Eileen Barnes, Kathleen McGowen, Irene Smith, Madonna Amos, Rita Lockwood, Gerald "Jerry" Schoenhofer, Veneta Lowe, Verl Albert Schoenhofer, Ruth Wehlage, Bernice King, Mary Jo Maher and Rose Agnes Schoenhofer.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Carson (Susie) of Altamont, Ed Carson of Parsons and Linda Carson of Oswego; and her brothers, Kenneth Schoenhofer (Jolene) of Erie and Robert "Bob" Schoenhofer (Virginia) of St. Paul. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a handful of great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Mother of God Catholic Church in Oswego.
