She was predeceased by: her parents, Concha "Connie" Vaughn and Hernandez; her husband Charles J. "Carlos" Perez, Sr.; and her brother Phillip Porras. She is survived by: her children, Charles Perez, Jr. (Rebecca Adams) of Lewisville, Angelo Perez (Janice Young) of Parsons, Anna Perez of Frontenac, Stephanie Loyd of Frontenac, Carla Perez of Parsons and Paulette Dalcour (Kevin) of Melissa. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, One great-granddaughter.
