She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett S. Berends and Thelma Grace Berends (Trussell); her husband Bill Chapman; her son William F. Chapman, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Diane Chapman; and her siblings, Harold Berends, Shirley Griffin, Evelyn Cooper and Verna Van Cleave.
She is survived by: her children, Carl E. Chapman of Mound Valley, Allen R. Chapman of Parsons and Donna L. Goins (Deland) of Altamont; her grandchild Fifteen; and her siblings, Darrell Berends of Sparks and Thelma Wertz of Parsons, Kansas.. She is also survived by Fifteen great-grandchildren.
