He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Blackburn and Marvelle Blackburn (Wheelock); his former wife Donna; his wife Louise; his children, Phil Blackburn, Mike Langston, Janice Cummings and Dan Wilson; his grandchildren, Justin Langston and Chase Langston; his great grandchild Ridge Blackburn; and his sisters, Marjorie Adams and Linda Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Kent Blackburn (Teressa) of Dennis, Cheryl Thomas (Gene) of Altamont, Jason Langston (Taffy) of Parsons, Paul Wilson (Andrea) of Papua and New Guinea; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Langston of Shell Knob. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren 11 great-grandchildren One great-great-grandchild Several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Altoona Days Association to help support the senior citizen dances Marvin loved so much.
