He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Perez and Connie Perez (Gonzalez). He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Perez (Carla) of McKinney, TX, Bob Perez (Luci) of Parsons, Gary Perez of Parsons, Greg Perez (Vanessa) of Allen, TX, Becky Jacquinot (Ray) of Parsons and Marisa Seferovich (John) of Olathe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Patrick's Catholic Church restoration fund.
