She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin L. Blackburn; her parents, Roy Noe and Gladys Noe (Carnall); her former husband Haskel C. Wilson; her children, Phil Blackburn, Mike Langston, Janice Cummings and Dan Wilson; her grandchildren, Justin Langston and Chase Langston; and her great grandchild Ridge Blackburn.
She is survived by: her son Paul Wilson (Andrea); and her brother Robert Noe (Dorthy) of Farlington. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Altoona Days Association to help support the senior citizens dances that Lavon and Marvin enjoyed being a part of.
