It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Levar L. Cochran (Parsons, Kansas), who passed away on January 2, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Stanley and Lucretia Cochran (Short); his daughter Leana Jane Cochran; and his stepson Charles Watkins, Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Martha Jane Baker; his grandchildren, Tina Russell (Ken) and Dustin Ray Watkins; his great grandchildren, Kimberly Carlson, Blaine Watkins, Dom Anderson, Drake Anderson and Russell Carlson; and his siblings, Stan Cochran of Neosho, MO, George Willard and Henrietta Snyder.
