He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hugh "Honey" and Josephine Dwyer (Colchin); his daughter Debbie Dwyer; and his siblings, Joe Dwyer and Anita Marie Dwyer.

He is survived by: his children, Kim Throckmorton of Overland Park, Jackie Dwyer of Overland Park, Mendy Standridge (Stuart) of Parsons, Stevie Dwyer (Rex Good) of Parsons, Julie Wimp (Joe) of Oswego, Darren Dwyer (Wendy) of Center Point, Derek Dwyer (Stephanie) of Parsons and Fifteen of Kansas; his grandchildren, Jared, Billy, Wesley, Sydni, Shaun, Sami, Debbie, Scotty, Seth, Matt, Travis, Haley, Taylor, Sloan and Drew; and his siblings, Bob Dwyer (Margy) of Overland Park, David Dwyer of Seattle, Steve Dwyer (Debbie) of Seattle, Judy Harris (Gary) of Parsons and Sue Williams of Louisville, Kentucky.. He is also survived by Eighteen great-grandchildren.
