He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Russell and Rosie Russell (Perry); his wife Tina M. Watkins; his children, Kenneth Lloyd Russell, Nesha Butler and Kimberly Carlson; and his grandchildren, Audrina Russell and Khalif Russell.
