With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Clingan (Parsons, Kansas), who passed away on January 26, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Clingan and Violet Clingan (Jarrett); his brother Wendell Clingan (Judy); his daughter Lisa Hanson (Clingan); and his nephew Jarrett Clingan.
He is survived by: his spouse Betty Carrington of Nowata; his stepson Jeff; his son Mark; his brother Jerry Clingan of Topeka, KS; his sister-in-law Gwen Clingan of Nowata, OK; his significant other Elizabeth Weaver of Parsons, KS; his daughter Kim Fletcher (Mike) of Cody, WY; his grandchildren, Benjamin Fletcher (Tori), Nathan Fletcher (Melissa), Eric Hanson and Amanda Rodriguez (Aurelio); and also, Lori Shaw (Josh) of Parsons, KS, Zack and Brogan Shaw. He is also survived by four nieces, three great-grandchildren, five great-nieces, and three great-nephews.
