He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Joan Essig of Mountain View, MO; his children, Beverly Joe and David Billman, Jr. of Neosho, MO; and his grandchildren, Kylem Jo Rasmussen of Mountain View, MO, Kent Lee Rasmussen of Oregon, John David Billman of Neosho, MO, Joe Frank Billman, Stephanie Billman and Dalton Yarber of Mountain View, MO. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
