She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy E. Leuty and Pauline Leuty (Finley); her sons, Patrick Murphy, Jr. and Jody Lynn Murphy; and her siblings, Melvin Dean Leuty, Patti Wallis, Betty Platter, Mary Kress and Gena Tastove.
She is survived by: her husband Pat; her daughter Mandi LeAnn Lever of Parsons; her grandchildren, Alyssa Lever, Logan Lever and Jordan Murphy; her great grandchildren, Bentley and Spencer; and her brother William Leroy Leuty of Erie.
