With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jewell F. Reed (Parsons, Kansas), born in Harper, Kansas, who passed away on July 26, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darold Zwink and Mary Zwink (Lewis); her former husband James Buchanan; and her parents-in-law, Everett, Blossom Buchanan, Dean and Doris Reed.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Reed; her brother Lee; her sisters-in-law, Cathy Zwink of Thornton, CO and Bonnie Arnold of Lexington, OK; her sisters, Jennifer (John Sprague) of Davenport, IA and Susan (John Goodman) of Wichita; and her cousin Lydia McElroy of Parsons. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and three great nieces and nephew.
Memorials are suggested to the First Christian Church.
