We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2023, at the age of 78, Jennifer L. Hall of Parsons, Kansas, born in Pittsburg, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Tipton and Ruby Tipton (Combs); her former spouse Thomas Hall; her sons, David Shue (Jane) of Parsons, Ricky Shue (Michele) of Parsons and Roger Shue (Christina Winkler) of McCune; her siblings, David Tipton, Phillip Tipton, Ruby Lucchi and Faye Boraks; her daughter Melissa McKinney; and her brother Steve Tipton. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
