It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Blackburn (Parsons, Kansas), born in Garden City, Missouri, who passed away on March 2, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Junior; her children, Roger Blackburn of Parsons, Peggy Blackburn of Parsons and Annette Reutzel of Topeka; and her sister Bonnie Robinson of Arizona. She is also survived by three granddaughters; one great-grandson.
