He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. O'Malley and Jo Ann O'Malley (Haag); and his sister Kathy. He is survived by: his siblings, Lois O'Malley, Carol Kane (Earl Johnson) of Derby, Kansas, Margie Bunnel (Russ) of Welda, Kansas, Rose Mary Carson of Aurora, Illinois, Daniel O'Malley of Wichita, Kansas and Paul "Joe" O'Malley of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews, 7 great nieces and nephews, two aunts and an uncle and numerous cousins.
