He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Dorothy Wetzstein of Parsons, Gerald Sawyer, Pad Blackburn and Bosco Hamilton. He is survived by: his parents, Cassandra Blackburn and Bobby "Bo" Hamilton II; his sister Jesslin Blackburn; his niece Evelyn Rhoads of Parsons; his grandparents, Neil and Denise Frihart of Broken Arrow; and his great-grandparent Johnny. He is also survived by several half-brothers and sisters; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jacob attended Parsons schools graduating from Parsons High School in 2020, "The Covid Class".
