He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Joseph and Ethel Elizabeth Stice (Congleton); and his siblings, Gene Stice, Merle Stice, Dale Stice, Jerry Stice, Jim Stice, Micky Hattaway and Bernice Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Ira Joseph (Vicki Stice), Roger (Pam Stice) and Pamela Stice of Parsons, KS; and his siblings, John Stice of Parsons, KS and Liz Spriggs of Parsons, KS.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
