It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hiram Fulton (Parsons, Kansas), who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sons, Prentiss Fulton and Donald Fulton; and his siblings, Gene Fulton, Richard Fulton, Virginia Brown and Charlene McCellop.
He is survived by: his parents, Eugene P. Fulton, Sr. and Willie C. Fulton (Jackson); his children, Quinzella Fulton Ivory of Parsons, Hiram Fulton, Jr. of Ft. Worth, TX and Sandy Fulton of Parsons; his granddaughters, Alexandria Ivory of Kansas City, MO and Quinique Y. Pike (Jordan) of Kansas City, KS; and his great great grandchildren, Annette Thornton of Oklahoma City, OK, James Staten, Jr. of Picayune, MS., Gail Staten of Picayune, MS., Bruce Staten of Picayune, MS., Shirley Robison of Picayune, MS., Raymond Staten and Jerry Staten.
