Waller (Parsons, Kansas), born in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on May 31, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Nellie Ruth Chaffin. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Kay Sauer, Don Waller of Parsons and Victoria Lynn Waller of Gardner.
