He was predeceased by: his father Michael Forbes; and his niece Makenzie Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his children, Jessica Hicks (Isaiah) of Parsons, Lauren Forbes, Joel Forbes of Parsons and Luke Forbes; his grandson Greyson Hicks; his siblings, Michael Forbes (Jennifer) of Parsons, Brenden Forbes (Eileen) of Kansas City, MO, John Forbes (Natasa) of Kansas City, MO, Kristen Farris (John) of Grove, OK and Mary Gleich (Robert) of Boston; his parents-in-law, Jesse, Donna Scoggins of Parsons and Many; and also Evelyn Forbes of Parsons. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
