He is survived by: his children, Michelle Blaylock (Paul Gosselin, Jr.) of Kingsland, TX, Scottie Nichole Cook (Ron Payne) of Parsons, Sunshine Cook of Parsons, Tonya Cook of Springfield, MO, David Cook (Chasity) of Wichita and Terry; his grandchildren, Octavian Cook, Jadyn Gosselin, Romeo Lazo, Isabella Cook and Kirstin Carson; and his siblings, Scott Cook (Pam) of Joplin, MO, Kathy Ball (John) of Parsons, Pam Reynolds (Larry) of Joplin and Kim Waun (Tom) of Parsons. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
