He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Whitcomb (Douglas) of O'Fallon, MO and Meloney Meissen of Altamont; his father Jewett Mills of Bartlesville, OK; and his grandchildren, Kristine Weaver, Brandon Meissen, Jonathan Meissen, Zach Whitcomb and Stephanie Meissen.
