He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Waggoner and Agnes Waggoner (Miller); and his son-in-law Ray'lee. He is survived by: his children, DeNa of Riley, Shannon Baxter of Parsons and Darin (Tana) of Skiatook, Okla.; his grandchildren, Lee Wehkamp (Alisha) of Ingalls, Kolton Baxter of Parsons, Madison Waggoner of Skiatook, Nichole Buchanan (Connor) of Mesa, Ariz, Michael Schurle of Skiatook, Ashton Anderson of Cheyenne, Wyo and Megan Cederstrom of Chandler; his great grandchildren, Maverick Wehkamp of Ingalls, Rylee Wehkamp of Ingalls and Evelyn Anderson of Skiatook; his sisters, Carol Rohrbough (Frank) of Altamont and Alice Bradbury (Robert) of Neosho; and also Fred (Peggy) of Kansas City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
