He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hall and Virginia P. Hall (Cornog). He is survived by: his children, Robert D. Palmer (Gina) of Parsons and Jaime R. Pemberton (Ryan) of Parsons, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Brett Palmer, Kylea Palmer, Ali Ridgeway (Trent) and Kaitlyn Pemberton; his great grandchildren, Braxton Palmer, Gabriel Ridgeway and Layla Ridgeway; and his sister Linda Shufelt of Arkansas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home (405 Main St, Parsons, KS 67357).
