Box; his sons, Brent Box (Demetri) and Todd Box (Carla); his stepchildren, Shane Bemis of Brush Prairie, WA, Josh Ummel of Nixa, MO and Julie Dawn Gould of Springfield, MO; his mother Kathryn Szewcryk of Lake Jackson, TX; his stepmother Shirley Box of Tulsa, OK; and his siblings, Mike Box of Aubrey, TX and Kathy Gibney of Danbury, TX.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
