He is survived by: his spouse Revelie Ward; his son Jason Crumrine (Jennifer) of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Colton Crumrine, Abriana Crumrine and Jesse Crumrine; his siblings, Jeff Crumrine, Angie Crumrine and Kelley Crumrine; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Ward, Rebel Ward, Steve Ward, Rick Dement, Carin Crumrine, Sherrie Ward and Katera Hoshaw (Jerry).
