With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Owens of Park, Kansas, born in Quinter, Kansas, who passed away on May 5, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rumback; his daughters, Tammy Rich (Tommy) of Kansas City and Tanya (Phil Marciniak) of Paola; his grandchildren, Justin Munden (Emily), Tara Wandtke (Jason) and Jessica Owens of Olathe; and his great grandchild Hudson.
