She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bonat and Mary Viola Bonat (Quillen); and her son Paul Cook. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy "Jim" W. Ledbetter of Park City, KS; her children, Rick Cook (Deborah) of Marion, KS and Theresa Cook of Wichita, KS; and her brother Robert Bonat (Carolyn) of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
