She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Fowler (Horner) and Monroe Fowler; her former husband Cecil Junior Hodge; and her siblings, Calvon Fowler, Eddie Fowler, John Fowler, Edith Theran and Edna Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Hodge, Patricia Simers and Peggy Schuetts; her brother Fred Fowler; her stepson Danny McCoy; and her grandchildren, Charles "Pat" Simers, Tracy Simers, Jeff Schuetts, Tonya Seay, Tamra Uvalle and Robbie McCoy. She is also survived by her great grandchildren.
