She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubyn Earl and Mary Ella Carter (Smith); her husband Ralph Raymond Toy; and her sisters, Marion Austin and Mary Lou Lewis.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Matthew, William Daru, Noah, Nora and Nashton.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Vurnona may be made payable to the Dementia Society of America, in care of the funeral home.
