It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vida Hurlbut of Paola, Kansas, born in Graham County, Kansas, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Glenn Keith; and her son Darrell. She is survived by: her son David; her husband Edward; her children, Rodney, Ronald, Velinda and Michelle; her brother Byron Keith of Penokee, Kansas; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Jenny, Alex, Samantha, Makenzie, Nick, Aaron and Bradley; her great grandchildren, Mason, Milee, Noah, Grant, Jordan, Paisley, Payton, Hudson, Nicholas, Jake, Hunter, Easton and Zoe; her great great grandchildren, Avery and Nicholas, Jr.; and her close friend Connie Ebeck.
The family respectfully requests contributions to the Darrell Hurlbut Scholarship Fund in lieu of flowers.
