She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mersman and Catherine Mersman; and her siblings, Carmelita Coats (Osborn), Hermena Kelsey and Marvin Mersman.
She is survived by: her husband Ned Kelsey; her brother Raymond Mersman; and her children, Lynn Kelsey Leishman, Dave Kelsey, Ronda Chance, Mike Kelsey, John Kelsey and Chris Kelsey. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
