He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex S. Subelka and Catherine Subelka (Dumesik); his wife Pauline Curry; his daughters, Genevieve M. Smith and Rosemarie E. McNames; his great grandchildren, Caleb Davis and Maverick Smith; and his siblings, Joseph, Frank Subelka and Mary Lou Hoover.
He is survived by: his former wife Constance "Connie" Turner; his daughters, Anne C. Coe of Paola, KS, Joan T. Subelka of Kansas City, KS and Diane M. Herron (Brian) of Kansas City, KS; and his siblings, Larry Subelka of Shawnee, KS, Joanne Higbee (Jimmy) of Kansas City, KS, Kathleen Renczarski of Smithville, MO, Teresa Nuccio (John) of Park Ridge, IL, Christine Marks (Bill) of Strongsville, OH and Elizabeth Rebeck (George) of Basehor, KS. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
