She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E Banks, MD; and her parents, Emory Smith and Mary Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Jenifer), Lawrence (Jeanine), Donald (Stacy) and Gregory (DeAnn); her grandchildren, Susan, Karlsson, Connie Beaver (Blake), Kevin (Megan), Calvin, Allison Sanders (Joseph), Brad (Kelly), Alicia Goetting (Justin), Michael (Kyung), Emma and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Claire Beaver, Evan Beaver, Katelyn Sanders, William Sanders, Benjamin Banks and Merritt Goetting.
