He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Clinton Watts and Dorothy Watts (McBride); his sisters, Penny Sanders and Betty Clarke; and his stepmother Mildred Watts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Betty, Penny and Sue; his wife Donna Brown; his son Clint Watts; his granddaughter Courtney; his great grandchildren, James and Joziah; his daughter Staci Watts Wilson (Gregg); his grandchildren, Eric and Baylie (Anthony); and his great grandchild Sawyer Jean. He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
