She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Showalter and Geraldine Dawson Showalter; and her sister Barbara Nissen. She is survived by: her husband George Gentry; her children, Randall Gentry and Julie Gentry of Paola, KS.; and her sisters, Glenda Terry of Olathe, KS and Donna Plumb of Archie, MO..
