With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin Smith (Paola, Kansas), born in Neosho, Missouri, who passed away on April 12, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Wright and Lucille Faye Smith (Thompson); and his granddaughter Rachel Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; and his children, Ray Smith, Don Smith (Dawn), Ryan Smith (Katie) and Tonya Reintjes (Tom). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
