We bid farewell to Lorraine Knecht of Paola, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 18, 2024 at the age of 92. Lorraine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude M. Cotton and Flo Viola Cotton (Ferguson); her husband George Knecht; her son Greg Knecht; and her son-in-law Al Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Knecht (Cheryl) and Kathy Thompson; her grandchildren, Eryn Knecht (Brian Gibson), Brett Knecht, Brandon Thompson, Justin Thompson, Jason Thompson (Samantha), Jacob Thompson and Jordan Thompson; her great grandchildren, Shaylan, Brandon, Koen, Joss Gibson and Emma Thompson; her cousin Marilyn Gregston (Alan); and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie George and Rita Thomas. She is also survived by many cousins, family members, and friends.
