He is survived by: his wife Judy Jacques; his children, Jim Norris (Tammy) of St. Joseph, Jennifer McMahon (Tom) of Bonner Springs and Krystal Patterson (Doug) of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri; and his siblings, Martin Norris (Marilyn) of Newton, Reverend Bill Norris (Delores) of Fort Charlotte, Florida, Shirley Bethel (John) of Abilene and Patricia Hendrix of Springdale, Arkansas. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
