He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ennis; his parents, Charles A. Ennis and Myrtle Ennis; and his siblings, Charles Ennis and Kate Loveland.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Ennis (Janet) of Las Vegas, NV and Brad Ennis (Robin) of Paola; his grandchildren, Shaylan Miller (Andy), Ashley Ludwick (Mike), Heath Fellers and Hayley McVay (Samuel); and his great grandchildren, Kelbi Miller, Ellis McVay, Emery McVay and Eden McVay. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
