He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Whitfield and Lillie Whitfield (Clabough); his wife Madaline Evangeline "Eve" Whitfield; his brothers, Bobby "Joe" and Tony "Rocky" Whitfield; his children, Tereasa "Terry" Branson-Corbin, Madaline "Gail" Chandler, David Whitfield (Kelly), Sheryl "Sherry" King and Steven Whitfield (Polly); and his pet Daisy. He was also cherished by grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
